The BIA team is engaged in a wide range of technical services which include:
technical consulting, data management, software design/development and
integration capabilities, production support services, business process
optimizations and testing activities across all aspects of the software
development life cycle. These areas of emphasis are focused on continuous
improvements in enterprise software solutions that ultimately drive successful
customer implementations.
Depending upon the specific role, qualified candidates looking to join BIA
should have excellent analytical skills and able to identify problems and
independently develop and implement solutions. Able to prioritize work upon
continuous input and changing business needs. Candidates must be proactive in
effective verbal and written communication skills and have an advanced level of
knowledge and proficiency in software development methodologies and standards.
