BIA’s Applied Technology Group, or ATG, is responsible for looking forward
at emerging technologies and identifying ways to utilize them for BIA’s
clients. The focus is on communications, which is ultimately what makes the
world go around. This may be simple things like using syndication for a client
as a new communication channel or as complicated as finding a way to use
location-based services on your mobile phone. ATG is the group that surprises
clients, often resulting them asking, “can you really do that?”
Qualified candidates looking to join ATG must have a passion for technology
and “what’s new.” Candidates must also be naturally inquisitive and always
looking for another way to use something.
