Account Coordinator

Organizes advertising for print and broadcast media. Coordinates scheduling and promotions to ensure client satisfaction and project completion. Maintains client relationships. May require a bachelor's degree in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Account Executive

Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential advertising accounts. Targets potential advertising clients and develops relationships in order to acquire new advertising accounts. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area with a high volume of sales. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Senior Account Executive

Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential advertising accounts. Targets potential advertising clients and develops relationships in order to acquire new advertising accounts. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area with a high volume of sales. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Advertising Supervisor

Account Supervisors act as a strategic liaison between the clients assigned to them and the the Agency. AS directs district projects through the agency AE. The AS is expected to coordinate all resources of the agency as it pertains to their districts needs. This includes working with the following members of the agency team: Media Planning, Media Buying, Account Executives and Account Coordinators. Develops advertising/marketing objectives/ strategies/tactics, advise and discuss quarterly media plans, direct AE and traffic/production, review scripts and layouts, work with media planner/buyer to develop added value merchandising, review DMA Budget statements with client, develop/plan/execute promotions, prepare and present media/creative/ promotional information at dealer meetings, prepare and present monthly advertising packets to dealers, work with Media Planning in developing media opportunities and solutions, assist in internal management of process and procedures, etc.
